  1. Who We Are All My Coaches (“AMC”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is an online platform that connects qualified, independent coaches with individuals seeking personal or professional coaching. The platform is operated from the UK by Alex Gayle Coaching.

  2. Eligibility You must be 18 years of age or older, or the legal age of adulthood in your country of residence, to register for an AMC account or use our services.

  3. Membership and Payments

Memberships are paid monthly in advance via Stripe.

Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled.

Members can cancel anytime by emailing support@allmycoaches.com .

No refunds are offered for part months or unused sessions.

  1. Use of the Platform

Coaching sessions are arranged directly between members and coaches using the booking tools provided.

You agree to use AMC only for legitimate coaching purposes and to treat coaches and other members with respect.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or behave inappropriately.

  1. Coaches

Coaches listed on AMC are independent professionals, not employees or agents of AMC.

Each coach is responsible for their own professional standards, insurance, and qualifications.

  1. Disclaimer Coaching is a developmental service and not a substitute for therapy, medical treatment, or financial advice. AMC is not liable for any actions or outcomes arising from coaching sessions.

  2. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMC shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our platform or coaching services.

  3. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of AMC constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

  4. Governing Law These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
